Passion Fruit Martini

Ingredients

• La Gioiosa 0% sparkling wine

• Caleno Light & Zesty - 50ml

• Vanilla Syrup - 10ml

• Passionfruit puree - 25ml

• Freshly squeezed lime juice - 15ml

• Cubed Ice

• Passion Fruit

Method

1. Add all ingredients into the shaker with couple of ice cubes.

2. Shake it for at least 20 seconds.

3. Pour the cocktail into a martini glass top it up with La Gioiosa Sparkling Wine.
