Ingredients

• La Gioiosa Prosecco Rose

• Pineapple Juice - 50ml

• Freshly squeezed orange juice - 50ml

• Freshly squeezed lime juice - 15ml

• Angosturas - 5 dashes

Method

1. Add all ingredients into the shaker with couple of ice cubes.

2. Shake it for at least 20 seconds.

3. Pour the cocktail into a martini glass top it up with La Gioiosa Sparkling Wine.
